This is a very vintage borderline antique set. It is NOT new or NOT a reproduction. While I am stating what it is not, there are NO chips or cracks either. ;) It is pre owned, safe for human food consumption, and will show signs of use. Please expect imperfections in the frost, the pitcher has blemishes like faint lines etc. If this is for display only, it would be advantageous to polish this. I did not want to risk causing harm to the set, so I will leave that decision for the new owner. When I received it, it looked in need of a polish cleaning. Giving the delicate nature of the glass, I just assume the previous seller did not want to risk breaking it deals either. Excellent condition still.
