Vintage Atlas Strong Shoulder Mason Cornflower Blue Quart Jar with Zinc Porcelain Lined Lid. This Stunning Example of an Early 20th Century Atlas Strong Shoulder Mason Cornflower Blue Round Quart Jar has "Atlas" with the Dropped "A", Mold Seams, Beautiful Bubbles in the Glass, and a Wavy Texture. This Early Atlas jar shows a seam below the lip and on both sides. The base is marked with mold number 1. The inside of the screw-type Zinc lid, embossed on a circular milk glass liner, reads "Genuine Porcelain Lined Mason Cap B55". Atlas Strong Shoulder Mason - A "strong shoulder" is a ledge above the rounded "shoulder" of the jar but below the threads for screwing on the top (this shape deals can make an Atlas jar more valuable). This jar and lid are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. However, there are some very fine scratches from very little use. Approx. 7" tall, the base is about 4" in diameter, and the mouth of the jar is about 2 3/8" inside diameter. Please ask.
