Up for your viewing pleasure is a facsimile edition of Nancy Drew's “The Password to Larkspur Lane." Volume 10 by Carolyn Keene. Penned originally in 1933 by Walter Karig, Applewoods are reprints based on the original usually complete with some internals done by artist Russell Tandy. This book has one glossy frontispiece and three internals!

This particular copy is difficult to find, especially seeing that it is a first edition Applewood.

The dust jacket's art and the glossies were painted by gifted children's books artist Russell Tandy.

These are my favorite Nancy Drew books as I certainly appreciate their beauty. The Applewoods are quite popular and are a good investment precisely because they are so lovely.

The book and its dust jacket are in gorgeous just about absolute pristine condition with an itty bit of crinkling along the edge at the top toward the front. You will scarcely notice. I sincerely doubt that this book has ever been read.

The number line ends with 1, indicative of a first edition. On the front flap this title is in the last spot.

I will add an attractive free mylar cover which serves to enhance the dust jacket; it will not be affixed and can be readily removed, if you so desire. Remind me to put one on.
