The United States Bank, Philadelphia Engraving - Print by J. Tingle (c. 1855) Original Art by W.H. Bartlett FRAMED & DOUBLE MATTED Antique Paper Print produced by Mid 19th Century Print-Master, J. Tingle using the Engraved Metal Plate Printing Process. Printed on 19th Century quality stock paper- the print shows typical signs of age. I Have Not seen the print outside of its current frame. Structural flexibility and soundness of the paper is assumed FAIR/GOOD ANTIQUE CONDITION Overall, there appears to be some surface wear & a tiny tear / Worn Area @ lower left near the word “des”. This area measures ~ 5mm. (PLEASE ZOOM TO INSPECT PRINT) PAPER BACK SHOWS SMALL BRITTLE “TEARS” ALONG WHERE THE BACKING ATTACHED TO THE FRAME. PARTICULARLY THE LOWER CORNERS. (LAST 3 PICS!)
