what a beautiful and very rare cookie jar from Shawnee Pottery - this shape was mostly decorated with the "Dutch" pattern but a few were made as single color without decoration! this is an absolutely amazing yellow deals color and is in fantastic shape with a small chip on the interior of the lid which is not visible, can be seen in the last photo and price reflects this.

this amazing cookie jar holds 8" x 7 1/2" of cookies! delicious!!
