Vintage C1950s Vuette Illuminator 3D by Moviette, Inc. featuring a beautiful picture of a bride during the wedding ceremony.
This mid century illuminator is quite rare, and even in its day illuminated pieces were typically made for photographers and discriminating movie stars. Today it doubles as a statement, fully functional light up picture frame - it has an electrical cord with a bakelite plug - just plug it in and it lights up.
The included 8" x 10" bridal photograph can be removed so that you may place your own image, transparency or negative inside if you choose. The frame itself measures approximately 12" x 10" x 4 1/2".
Retro illuminator is in very good vintage condition, as shown. The glass is included; it has a few small chips to its rim, which is not visible when inserted into frame. The bulb is also included; however, please note deals that, while it works now, it is original to the illuminator, and will likely have to be replaced soon.
