I know nothing about this Silver deals Victorian Kettle. There are no stampings on bottom of kettle and the handle has been removed from top. It locks into the base an you can actually tip it from there and it will stay. There is a place for warmer to be held underneath as well. Very detailed work absolutely beautiful item. Price is well adjusted for handle. What you see is what you get.
