These are offered in three levels of finish;
1. RAW-Plasma cut and shipped to you fresh off the cutting table
2. EDGES GROUND-Plasma cut and then we grind the dross off the edges
3. FACE REFINISHED-Plasma cut, edges ground and then we hand polish the surface to remove the natural patina and the ring left by the heat of the cutter.

Gauge; 20 gauge brass is +/-.032" thick

PROTECTIVE COATING-spray polished metal products to preserve the finish. This works well for copper, brass and bronze.

Brass like copper and bronze is very reactive to the acid contained in finger prints. If you want to maintain the brilliant shine (like the top/polished row) you will need to coat the deals polished metal to seal the surface.
