Gorgeous black velvet bodice off the shoulder with shoulder straps and a full gold and black lame skirt with a flirty bow on one hip. The skirt has a fully netted and attached crinoline type slip for fullness. USA made in the 1980's and for a small girl. The bodice is boned so no need to wear a strapless bra. Sweetheart neck. MEASUREMENTS ARE: Bust 34 inches...WAIST 29/30 inches .Full length of the dress is 44 inches. This dress is almost identical to the one worn by the actress Elizabeth Pekins who starred with Tom Hanks in the movie "Big ".
