This impressive Victorian Peach Blow and Gold Fleck Pinch Ruffled Basket w-Twisted Amber Handle measures 5 1/2" tall with handle and 5 3/4" across center edge to edge. This peach blow glass basket dates to the Victorian Era, early 1900's, when art glass was hand deals crafted by master artisans. This beautiful blown glass basket has the pontil mark visible on the bottom and a black inclusion near the bottom rim (see photo #3). The metal gold flecks through this pink and peach colored basket highlights the layers of glass applied during the blowing process. This is a stunning piece of art glass and it is amazing that it has survived in excellent condition over 100 years! There are no flakes, chips or cracks on this basket or its handle and it will be carefully wrapped for safe delivery.
