The curtains do not move now, may be repaired, but again, I'm not sure. Right now they are twist tied to each side. Zultan's Eyes are lighting up. Skulls eyes in the crystal ball are lighting up. Zoltar moves while speaking his 8 different phrases (which are listed on the box). All of the animatronics & talking parts seem to be working as expected. Except curtains which aren't moving. He is sound and motion activated and those are both working as deals expected. He is very sensitive to motion and will light u.
