2T/3T OOAK Clown Costume in Black and White - deals Heirloom Quality

One of a kind item (OOAK), ready to ship.

Black and white one-piece clown costume toddler size 2T/3T shown in the first four photos. The costume is composed of cotton calico fabric in black and white patterns. This costume was designed and sewn in my Colorado home. I have so much fun making beautiful, heirloom quality pieces! Each costume I make is unique – no large quantity production.

Includes an integrated neck ruffle and fabric-lined at the wrist and ankle ruffles. Off the shelf patterns were ill-fitting for toddlers, so I designed my own. Therefore, this pattern is exclusive to WyseWorks; it is rounder through the body and specifically for a toddler's proportions.

If you would like, I can add 3 handmade pom-poms in white to the front. The fouth & fifth photos show the same pattern with different fabric and pom-poms on a 3T model.

Perfect for Halloween, Carnival/ Mardi Gras, or just the dress up box. Reinforced seams and finished edges will ensure it last for years of play.

Machine wash cold. Ships folded, to dewrinkle, hang it in a humid bathroom.

BACKGROUND:
I use my own proprietary clown jumpsuit pattern with a little extra roundness through the body, lined ruffles at wrists and ankles, and an integrated neck ruffle. (That's why these costumes are so cute!!) Traditional clown costumes have a litany of proportion problems: legs too short, ruffles too small, minuscule pom poms - I've corrected those problems, as well. I typically sew 18 months to children's size 8, although I have also done a few larger children and adult size costumes. Please contact me about larger sizes. Fabrics are usually 100% cotton or a rayon challis for a silk-y look; these fabrics drape the best and provide a high quality costume that can be washed and worn again and again. It also just looks really classy when quality materials are used. I feel strongly that if we are going to invest in a custom product, it shouldn't be done with poor quality materials. There are a lot of great budget options available on other platforms and in other stores if longevity & quality are not a factor. Also: I'm not enthusiastic about making scary clown costumes. deals
