This listing is for a vintage custard glass fairy lamp in the deals Persian Medallion pattern by Fenton. This vintage fairy lamp is in amazing vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Please see pictures as part of the description. There are numerous black scuffs that can be removed with a magic eraser.

The base of this fairy lamp is marked Fenton.

The Persian Medallion pattern was originally produced in the turn of the twentieth century, primarily in carnival glass. In the 1970s, Fenton reissued Persian Medallion in many new shapes that weren't previously produced. The fairy lamp is one of these pieces, concluding that this custard fairy lamp is from the 1970s variation.

Originally, this Persian Medallion Fairy Lamp was sold with three pieces. This fairy lamp has two, missing is the glass insert for the base. The insert created a flat surface for a candle but absolutely will not be missed. The only suggested concession is that a battery operated candle be used, as the glass insert kept the candle more level.

This custard glass Persian Medallion Fairy Lamp illuminated brightly under blacklight, indicating the presence of uranium. The ruffled custard base is unique to this variation and is stunning in person.
