✿ ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. Vinyl application is needed once the balloon is inflated with air or helium using a balloon hand pump, electric pump or helium. This is not a self seal balloon. Instructions are in the photo gallery. If it's your first time applying vinyl , please refer to the photo section to find the instructions.



CLEAR BALLOON, this is a clear PVC balloon, it will ship flat. We will include a BACKUP large white latex or another clear balloon of the chosen size in the rare occasion that it might pop due to weather conditions or due to over inflating.
