This is one of many original deals art pieces that I recently purchased at auction. The artist is Samuel Tennant, and they were all done in the early 1940's. This one is not signed, but many of the others were. This one depicts a hotel operator talking. Very 1940's looking female. This is watercolor on 12x9 paper. It's in good shape but it does have some ripples in the center if you look closely. These will flatten out once framed. They're not creased. Other than that, its just typical signs of age.
