Approx 13.75" tall. No chips or cracks. There is one very small spot that has 3 tiny black spots that is part of the glass, I assume deals that happened when being created. I have included a picture of it. Overall size of the spot is about 2mm. Very hard to see without magnifying glass but wanted to point it out. Does not detract from the piece at all in my opinion as it can't hardly be seen with the naked eye.
