The strap is the belt of the skirt, and the pocket on the inside is from the fabric used for the front of the bag. The design on the back is airbrushed on and outlined in Slick fabric paint, and the 3 lips are functional pockets. This is a nice sized bag to hold all your essentials and more with a magnetic snap closure on the inside near the top. Measures about 19" tall, 15" across, and 1.25" wide with a strap drop of about 13".
