Lens has a few scratches but is still in good shape 8/10 Ears and strap can easily be cleaned in a mesh laundry bag or oxi clean bath. Pull arms and tabs are still in working order to keep mask tight and on your head. Foam is ok could be replaced 6/10 Factory Chin strap is still in tact Spot where my finger is at needs a new Velcro strip/ easy fix. Also comes with Graphic Gorilla / Ed Edd Eddy Sticker pack.
