This gorgeous cheese platter will add beauty to your kitchen whether you use it to serve delicious snacks or simply display it as a piece of art.
The piece was created by cutting individual strips of glass and laying them on a base piece to ensure strength and durability. Creative details include rods of glass cane pulled in a 1525 degree kiln and various murrini pieces made from chopped cane. Small stacks of glass were placed in areas to fuse organically and provide curves of visual interest. The entire piece was kiln fused to 1450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Included are 2 spreaders with complementary glass pebbles attached to the handles.
All of my fused glass art is one of a kind and handcrafted in Tucson, Arizona.
