Awesome, Vintage RX Pharmacy Mortar and Pestle- White Ceramic with Gold Gilt- Apothecary, Grinder- Urn deals Shape- 7 Inches Tall- 1950s

Up for sale is this deals very cool, vintage pharmaceutical mortar and pestle with a gold RX on the side. This piece is very impressive with a tall, urn shape and two, matching pestles. This piece is made out of thick, white ceramic with the letters raised on the side. The letters, rims and the ball shaped end on the pestles have a shiny, gold finish. It comes with two pestles, which are long with a round end that is easy to hold to help make crushing easier. I believe it was made in the 1950s. This piece would look great as a dramatic decoration plus it is still in good enough condition to be used as a grinder.

This piece is in very good condition with no cracks, scratches or broken pieces. There is a small crack on the bottom of the piece, but this can't be seen when it is sitting on a table. Some of the gold is a bit tarnished and worn, mostly on the ball end of the pestles. There is some wear on the pestles. One has marks and discoloration and the other has two tiny dents in it. The inside of the mortar is still in good condition with no scratches.

This piece measures approximately 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide at the rim. Each pestle is 8 inches long and 1 ¾ inches wide.
