Art Deco Czech Lapis Beaded Glass Necklace, 4 deals Beaded Tassels, Filigree Frame and Bead Caps

This is a most unique necklace with a large lapis type rectangular piece set in a lovely ornate silver metal filigree frame with 4 beaded and silver ribbed tassels. Carved Beads in graduated sizes throughout and barrels also in the beautiful rich blue. Some are capped with deals filigree silvered metal. There is discoloration to some of the silvered connectors, which might be a base of brass.
It is consistent with Neiger designs, though I can't be sure.

As we're having a rare winter storm and i can't iron pieces I'd hoped to list, decided to list some vintage jewelry. However taking photos and typing descriptions aren't best with 3 pair of gloves on! Hope you'll bear with me!

Though this piece has characteristics of authentic lapis, I'm beginning to decide it is Czech lapis glass.
I tested with acetone, so it isn't plastic and also feels too cold to be plastic or composite.
The rich color is beautiful!

It has tiny gold flecks which are consistent with lapis, but my final observation was the tiniest letters impressed on the ring to attach the clasp. Can't be sure but appear to be Czech. Also it is cold after warming in my hand, which is consistent with real lapis, BUT it is COLD here!

FYI , a bit I've learned about Lapis while trying to authenticate this. Lapis is an exquisite ultra blue rock that has been around for thousands of years. For much of its existence, the Lapis stone has been known to give off an aura of wisdom and been linked with psychic energies. That is why it has been cherished and held dear as jewelry by traditions of the past.

Measures 10" long, the pendant is 1 2/3" wide X 1" high, not including the 1 1/2" of beaded tassels.
