Bodum Nissen Salt & Pepper Mills ‘Ball Boy' Set on stand.
Made in Denmark by Nissen for Bodum. Designed in 1967.
Made of beech wood with iron handles.
The pepper mill has the well known stainless steel ‘Peugeot Lion' grinding mechanism.
Nissen was the manufacturer for the famous Quistgaard Dansk Designs pepper mills, which also used the Peugeot Lion grinding mechanism.
Loosening the nut in the base will enable more salt/pepper to flow.
You refill the mills by removing the nut in the base. This design has quite a small cavity for salt/pepper.
The mills are approximately 12cm high and around 9cm wide at their widest point.
The stand is 22cm by 11cm.
Have been taken apart and thoroughly cleaned.
Very good fully working vintage condition.
