This vintage drawing / painting was from a large lot of vintage art from the 40's. I believe this artist was S Tennant, but it is unsigned. It feels like pastels in texture. It could be a paint, however. It's very well done. It's on a long sheet of paper. No damage really but there are some signs of age to the paper if you look closely.
