This is a great vintage Navy trench coat from the World War 2 era. The coat is made out of a thick, heavy black wool, and it is fully lined in thick black satin. The coat has a double breasted design with brass eagle buttons with the eagle clutching an anchor. The back of the buttons is stamped Waterbury Button Co Conn. The coat has deep side pockets, and there is a slit in the side seam so you can reach inside to your pants pockets. The coat also has slits where you can bring a belt from the inside to the outside of the coat. The coat has an attached half belt in the back, but it does not come with a front belt. The collar of the coat can be buttoned up to the neck on cold days, and the kick pleat in the back can also be buttoned closed. Chest: 22.5 inches across, underarm to underarm (45 inches around) Shoulders: 19.5 inches across, seam to seam Sleeves: 26 inches from deals the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve Waist: 21 inches across (42 inches around) Length: 45.5 inches.
