His Neck is marked 1968 and tush is marked with 1968 Hong Kong. Hole in bottom of each foot. Knees click to bend slightly. There are dimple marks in 3 spots -one on inner right thigh and 2 on underside of left crotch area. He's wearing cool denim jacket and pants and squishy white tennis shoes. Red underwear is not included. Last photo is from my Barbie/Ken reference book to show you the authenticity of doll. Sold as pictured here, loose without packaging, from my non-smoking home.
