Beautiful polished Mayan Turquoise beads interspersed with faceted Grandidierite and tiny gold vermeil (gold on silver) beads attached to a 9k gold vermeil box chain slider bracelet and finished with 2 more polished Turquoise beads create an elegant and unusual bracelet that will fit any wrist size.

Turquoise is one of the birth stones for December and is traditionally given at the 11th wedding anniversary. An ancient stone of protection Turquoise is also linked to the 5th or Throat Chakra and is an aid to communication. Mayan Turquoise is famous for its softer tones and wonderful matrix.

Grandidierite is the 3rd rarest gemstone on the planet and comes in shades of blue/green varying from the deepest midnight to hazy summer days. Until the Global Pandemic shut down the large commercial gem fairs it was impossible for artisan jewellers to get any, its price, if available, was simply prohibitive. For those of us lucky enough to secure small batches in the last 2 years, deals it has been wonderful to see it and work with it.
