Vintage Victorian Antique Portrait Painting of a young deals woman in an oval frame. The portrait seems to be painted by a wet pastel because there is no residue and it has a very soft and smooth surface on the paper board. . The Oval frame has some of the raised beads missing but could be easily repaired. There is also the pencil written note of the name of the woman and signed by her parents. ( see photo ).

The interior of the frame is 12.5" X 19" The size of the oval frame is 21" x 15 3/4"" inches. Lovely picture and frame.
