I suspect this is a vintage bag because you don't see others like this. It is typical Brahmin with its croc-embossed leather, but with a bonus of both smooth and textured leather trim. The top closes by folding over from front and back, and then holds with two magnets. You can fold either the front or back flap first, so you have the option of two slightly different looks. It has a short shoulder strap. Inside are zip and slip pockets plus a pen holder. This shows mild wear and does have a few pen marks inside, as the photos show.
