This is for the vacuum as well as detachable handheld but it does not include charging base but does include manual. It is lightweight at 5.4 pounds, 42" tall, 5.6" deep, and 10.4" wide at base. This vacuum has signs of wear such as scuffs from average use but is in good working condition and has no damage or defects. It holds a charge very well. It does not come with charging base but as of right now, it still has power. It holds power very well. It has a filter and it is in very good condition.
