Johannes XXIII Pope Medal Vatican Vintage Catholic deals Gift

A large old medal featuring Pope Saint Johanness XXIII. The Pope is facing to the right. The verso depicts the Vatican and appears to have had a tiny relic in the missing round hollow. The front is signed under the bust. The attached jump ring is a new silver plated ring. This tested at .500 silver meaning the silver content is 50%. Please note that the image in the photographs may appear larger than the deals actual size. Please review the measurements listed here in the description for an accurate size.
Condition: is very good old vintage condition. There is lots of tarnishing or patina which is lovely in my opinion. There may also be some light scratches and signs of vintage wear. Please view the photos and message me with any questions.
