This beautiful "Imperial Grape" 9" Ruffled Plate is a wonderful example of Imperial's ability to produce outstanding examples of Carnival Glass It is in terrific condition and has lot's of color. This Low Ruffled Plate is in Beautiful condition, no chips or cracks.

Carnival glass originated as a glass called 'Iridill', produced beginning in 1908 by the Fenton Art Glass Company (founded in 1905). Iridill was inspired by the fine blown art glass of deals such makers as Tiffany, Steuben, and Northwood but did not sell at the anticipated premium prices and was subsequently discounted.
