No cracks deals or nicks on the screen. There are some scratches/nicks on the body of the phone from normal use and from dirt getting under the case. The battery doesn't stay fully charged with use for the whole day so it will need to be replaced (battery health is 69%). I don't have the original charging cord but I will include the unbranded charging cord pictured. The charging block is original and does have some wear on the white part. I put a new tempered glass screen protector on and will include a new one. I don't think the phone case has been used because it was still in the original box. The find my iPhone has been disabled and the phone has been reset to factory settings. No headphones. NOT UNLOCKED. For Verizon only.
