How does the process work?:

2.) We make a mock up for you.
3.) Once the mock up is approved by you, we make the item
4.) We ship the item to you

Sorry, but we are unable to replace item after purchased since each is custom made just for you.
Due the the printing process there may be slight misprints to the corner area and seams, this is where the design has been pressed onto the stole and there may have been a small crease. We do try our hardest to avoid this but it does happen.
