Vintage 1930s 30s Calico Cotton Print Dress Frock deals Flutter Sleeves Art Deco M

This is a handmade cotton dress that we recently obtained from an MD estate sale. The garment dates to the 1930s. The fabric is a good quality medium weight cotton material in a CALICO geometrical pattern print. Colors are yellow, brown, blue and pink. The garment has flutter sleeves, and the bodice has pleats. The dress buttons at the bodice, and there deals are no other fasteners or snaps. The dress is pinned back in some of the photos to give an idea of the silhouette. Excellent condition for the age of item, no issues.

The garment has no fasteners and slips over the head. Please keep this in mind, in regards to fit. The waist is an empire waist, and the skirt is long. We have soaked and hand washed the dress in a mild soap and cool water, line dried, starched, pressed, and steamed for photography. The fabric is strong and the colors are good. Will need a steam/press before wearing.
