90s gray polka dot dress / 1990s microdot midi dress / silky full skirt long deals dress

Vintage 1980s black silky poly dress with crew neckline, blousy bodice, elastic waist, full skirt with side seam pockets, long sleeves, single button closure at neck in back and lovely white polka dots. Lightweight, silky polyester fabric, unlined. Has crocheted belt loops, but no belt attached.

The dress can be worn belted or not. The belt in the photo is NOT included in the sale.
