Vintage Blue 2 (21-13) is a painting I copied of one of my prior paintings. It is not exactly the same but it is the same size and colours. It was from of a series of floral artworks that are segmented or partials of a whole. Many of my works are sections of a larger subject. Sometimes the edges are cut off or perhaps it's a half view of the object. I feel this gives an intimacy which gives the smaller works something that a larger piece cannot have. Each of these paintings from this series have more dramatic lighting, giving more atmosphere than just my usual still life. The intention is to evoke more feeling.

Painted edges continue in a wraparound effect. Edge measures at 7/8".

The art has been photographed in different light sources and locations to give you an idea about colours and size. Photo 3 shows truest colour to natural light.
