Viktor Anatolyevich Pavlov was born in Odessa on October 15, 1947.
He graduated from the painting department of the Odessa Art College. Grekov.
Adhered to a group of sixties, began with "apartment" exhibitions.
He lived and worked in Moscow, collaborated and exhibited with the Belyaevo-100 group. Member of many international exhibitions.
Two personal exhibitions in Odessa (Vernissage Gallery, Maritime Gallery)
