We Do Not Accept Returns On Our Products Due To Them Being Made To Order/Custom/Personalised Items. We Hold No Inventory (Stock) deals As We Hand Make/Design/Build/Produce All Items Upon Order Requests. Our Items Are Unable To Be Re-sold If Returned.
REFUNDS:
We Do Not Offer Refunds Unless The Item Is Damaged Upon Delivery (Note We Inspect All Orders Before We Package & Ship Them Out - No Orders Will Be Sent With Damage. If The Item Is Damaged Please Contact Us Straight Away & We Can Discuss What The Best Remedy Will Be.
LATE ARRIVAL:
As With All Postal Services, Delays Can Be Expected, Especially In Certain Holidays i.e Christmas, Mother day, Halloween, Easter etc. It's Always Best To Be Proactive When Ordering & Do So With Plenty Of Time Before The Item Is Needed As We Are Not To Be Held Responsible For Late Delivery Of Orders.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If An Item Is Damaged Upon Delivery Please Contact Us Straight Away With Pictures & Description Of The Damage. Please Note That We Inspect All Items Before We Packaged Them & Ship Them Out. Damage Can Happen In Transit. Supplying Us With Pictures & Description Of Damage Will Help Us File A Damaged Item Claim Through The Postal Service.
ITEM NOT ARRIVED:
If Your Order Hasn't Arrived & There Is No New Information From The Tracking Number Provided (If Applicable) Then Please Contact Us & We'll Chase Up With Royal Mail. If We Can't Get Any More Information From The Postal Service We May Have To Submit A "Shipping Insurance Claim' Which We Will File With The Shipping Company (Royal Mail). In Doing So, We May Require Information From You, This Will Be Discussed If Needed.
