Inukshuk Soapstone Carving Sculpture / Canadian Eskimo art / Cairn deals / Inuit Native carving / Rock sculpture / Corporate achievement award
Inukshuk (plural inuksuit) is a figure made of piled stones or boulders constructed to communicate with humans throughout the Arctic. Inuksuit are used as hunting aids, navigational aids, and message centres to let people know "They are on the right path". Certain inuksuit have spiritual connotations, and are objects of "great respect".
