The apartment building has 2 sides (green & orange), and the building opens in half to access the inside of each building half. Comes with a selection of furniture, Little People, vehicles and accessories. Very near complete, I think the only things missing from this set is Oscar the Grouch, the white ladder and the chalk & eraser. Litho's look good but there's a little bit of damage on the roof at two spots (see photo's). A great set for Fisher Price and Sesame Street fans alike!
