This spirit's name is Sira. Sira lost her husband and her two young children in quick succession during the Civil War. She never remarried or had more children. She lived to an old age. Even though she lived many years after her loss, she still died of a broken heart. She never recovered from her grief and loneliness. She is very closed off energetically and definitely protects herself. She needs someone who will give her space and time to warm up. She needs someone who can offer her love and patience. She likes to have other dolls around her, so it would be great if she can have a friend. She gets along with pretty much everyone. She is a protector and a sweet and positive spirit. After she gets used to her surroundings and her new guardian, she warms up quickly. She likes to protect those who she is around.

She loves communicating via the pendulum, dowsing rods and voice box. She likes the spirit board ok, and she like motion activated items. She loves animals and they often sense her. She also regularly sits on the bed and people can feel her make the mattress go down a bit.

Doll Vessel: She is approximately 18" tall and 9.5" wide, including dress flare. Hand to hand is 7". She wears a dress that appears to be crushed ruby red velvet or velour with a matching handbag. She has small light stains on her socks (who doesn't?) and her eyebrow is missing some paint, but is otherwise in very good vintage condition. Her torso is stuffed and her limbs and head are porcelain.

The doll must be returned within two weeks of receipt by the buyer and must be in the same condition and with all items and accessories and parts as received by buyer. There is a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges to ship the doll to the buyer will be deducted from the refund. Buyer pays return shipping charges and must purchase shipping insurance.**
