--GETTING STARTED…
You may begin the process by purchasing a drawing from my Etsy site and messaging me through Etsy, Facebook, or by email. I believe customers' needs are most important when working on their piece, so I will be in constant contact throughout the process. If the item is needed sooner than the allocated time, please let me know and I will see if it is possible.
--FRAMING:
This listing is for a watercolor painting only, no mat or frame included. I can provide a frame and mat for an additional cost. Please note…if the drawing is framed, that will be pickup ONLY. If you have any questions, please feel free to message or email me at maryehlmann [!at] gmail.com
• The actual size of the paper is 8 x 10.
--PACKAGING/SHIPPING:
• Your painting is protected during shipping with a clear cello sleeve, backed by a 30 pt. chipboard, and inserted in a flat, sturdy photo/document cardboard mailer, and I ship via USPS.
--POLICIES:
• Payment options: PayPal and credit card through Etsy's direct checkout.
• Shipping options: U.S. orders only. Arrival time is 3-5 business days by USPS first class, plus transit. (Due to the COVID-19, delivery times by USPS are taking longer than usual).
• Refunds/Exchanges: Drawings are made to order, and are final sale. If you have any issues with your purchase, please let me know, and we can discuss a remedy.
