Purchased from a comic book store - pulled out of storage after all these years. The cover does not appear to have any dents, scratches, indentions or any other imperfections. The comers look sharp but the bottom left may look very very slightly round. Going by feel since this is sealed, there appears to be a couple small spine ticks where the building is. Very hard to capture in a pic since there is no color break and the building pattern hides it well. Since this is deals still sealed, I cannot say with certainty there are no inner page creases. Staples have no rust. The bag flaps got folded so added tape to straighten. All I can do is give my best description and let you be the judge. I urge you to ask any questions.
