40s Black Dress with Silk Collar and Waist Band

*Collar and waist are covered with this fabric that feels like silk and the print is beautiful- mountain - hills - trees scenery
** Wounded and in need of care ( this can be restored to great and wearable ) or to use for Study - Copy - reproduction - Photo Shooting - Filming - Frayed Silk on waist in different spots and on collar some small holes - spots on black part that seams and smells a bit like mold - one about 5" long area on bottom seam in unstitched. The dress is in great condition if it wasn't for the silk part - A good seamstress can replace the silk and it will be as new - needs dry cleaning also. As Found - As is - Priced Accordingly !
