UNIQUE ViNtAgE velvet tapestry drop deals waist dress size M

This dress is unusual. The bodice is made of vintage velvet tapestry and the drop waist skirt is made of a heavy rayon. The dress is lined. There are little vintage buttons going down the front. There are darts at the breast for deals a nice fit. Zips up the back. Would be darling with boots or a chunky heeled sandal, The label is California Charmer. It could be from the 60's or the 90's. Really hard to say. But it is a stunner. Excellent vintage condition. No size label so I have included measurements.
