This jacket comes with your personalized name and title on the front left chest and a vinyl heat pressed back and sleeve. By default the colors in the deals photo will be used, if you would like any other colors please be sure to leave it in the note with your personalized name.
I can add any wording you may want on the back, please be sure to leave a note.
