Since our dolls are customized, full payment in advance before making dolls. We should start making the dolls after confirmation of payment to customers' orders. For this reason, it is impossible to refund/cancel/change order once payment confirmed. Please think carefully before ordering.
As the dolls are purely handmade - including prototypes sculpt, molding, coloring, etc. The following situation may happen, which is irresistible and inevitable and considered as normal phenomenon, please carefully consider before purchase if you are extreme perfectionist:
slightly facial and make-up asymmetry
Slightly color difference of makeup or skin color with official pictures (Official pictures have certain tendency on color due to the surroundings and light when shooting, in addition to individual difference of monitor imaging, which make them slightly differ from that of real dolls)
Chromatic aberration happens to same dolls from different batches or purchase time
There might be marbling or dust marks in darker skin dolls as they are more difficult to produce. Therefore they do not count as defects.
2. After-sales notices：
Please follow maintenance rules. If the problems caused by ignorance of them are not considered as quality defects.
Keep doll out of long-time in water that avoids metal accessories rusting inside doll of body.
Keep doll out of high temperature that avoids resin deformed.
Dolls made of resin can be broke or damaged when hit with strong force or drop from high place.
touching doll by sharp objects that will cause the scratch on dolls.
Please wipe gently doll with Magic Eraser when it is dirty, if that does not work, you can try to wet Magic Erase wipe gently doll than dry doll with tissue paper.
When remove make-up on face/ body, please use swab with little thinner. Don't keep doll head /body in thinner for a long time that can cause major damage of doll surface.
