This is a vintage 1964 #987 Creative Coaster ride-on from Fisher Price. It deals comes with 5 dowels that have the matching blocks on it. Watch the video, it clickety clacks when it moves and the horn beeps. Lithos look real nice for it's age. See the pic with the steering wheel and you will not that I have taped around 1 piece of the steering wheel spoke to prevent breakage in the spoke which has a crack. Also note as you look at the blocks on the dowels a few have issues on the corners (see pics) but this is really due to age and play. Very nice vintage piece!.
