Super cute!! A soft black L/S blouson deals dress with a pattern of fuchsia, green & white designs.....Sheer long sleeves are gathered at the shoulder w/a fabric button on ea cuff.....Also small sewn-in shoulder pads.....2 Pleats fall down from the Peter Pan collar on the lined bodice....Fitted waist/elastic....Back of dress is as cute as front w/5 fabric button closure.....Circular skirt falls from waist. Garment is in excellent condition.
