2) The Deluxe hardware kit comes complete with authentic style plain steel hardware including round head, square neck, carriage bolts in two separate sizes, split lock washers, and square head nuts, steel cotter pins for securing the front, and rear caster shafts when reassembly is necessary. Plus, original type common nails in two separate sizes for re-fabricating the factory carts oak wood frame, and deck boards when a full restoration is planned. The only noticeable difference in the hardware that was used in the assembly for the Original cart were the nuts, being that they were square head vs. hex head used on two more versions of the factory cart that followed some years later. 3) Our Lineberry original style lettering stencil was designed to reproduce the first version of Lineberry's factory cart brand stamp that was applied with stencil and black paint on the oakwood frame sides of each cart. Lineberry's Original Factory cart was manufactured by the Lineberry Foundry & Machine Company and was founded during the first decade of the 20th century and was located on Forester Avenue in downtown North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The lettering kit includes the following:

A sturdy, and re-usable, one-piece design Mylar stenciling template. Designed to layover covering the carts side frame for a clean application of flat-black spray paint. The stenciling template is laser-cut and replicates the original cart lettering as pictured in the listing.

One pair of medium-duty XL Nitrile disposable gloves for your convenience, and protection when used while applying sprayed on flat black paint over the stenciled template.

4) Ideal Taping Tools and Accessory Hardware are included and used for making a modification to the cart by drilling and tapping a proper size hole through one side of both the front, and rear cast-iron caster wheel mounts, and for cutting the internal thread size necessary for installing an extended point set screw, which is used to level, position, and lock the carts front, and rear caster wheels in place.
The original design of the Lineberry factory cart front, and rear casters allowed for the caster shaft to slide up and down inside the caster wheel frame mount. This action took the weight off the end when turning the cart and allowed the cart to pivot in tight turns. The caster mounts are attached to the factory cart wood frame with four 2-1/2" carriage bolts on each end of the frame. The kit includes the following tools and hardware:

(1ea) high carbon steel tap and drill bit deals combo set.
(1ea) T-handle tap wrench w/self-equalizing adjustable jaws and spring tension holds T-handle in place.
(2pc) Steel cotter pins for re-securing the front, and rear caster shafts when reassembly is necessary.
